WILD32 is an invitation to refocus, reorient, and recommit to becoming a better man—one day at a time.

In short, the 32 days of W32 look like:

  • EXERCISING 32 minutes/day

  • SUBSTANCE AWARENESS (No alcohol, marijuana, etc.)

  • SUGAR AWARENESS (No Sweets)

  • READING 10 minutes/day

  • BEING OUTSIDE 10 minutes/day

  • SITTING IN SILENCE 10 minutes/day

  • CHECKING IN daily. We text one another to report on how we did yesterday and sharing 2 things today:

    • I’m grateful for ___________.

    • I feel _________.

Obviously, you could do all this stuff without us.

But you probably won’t.

Between W32s, I eat too many cookies and rarely to meditate.
